Current Need


At this time we are seeking an Senior Client Relations/AR Manager to support our Physician office, Revenue Cycle division. Candidates must possess a solid background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management. This position will manage the business relationship with clients to ensure appropriate services are available and utilized to provide the highest level of customer service and maximize client revenues. Other responsibilities will include: gathering of data, preparing financial analysis and studies of financial reports, fee schedules, payer trends and A/R metrics.



The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with the customer. Ensures that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize overall business management services. Develops and maintains positive client relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure client requests are handled appropriately (i.e. within time and budget). This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a client, either from a financial or services/product standpoint. Position monitors/audits financial, reimbursement and information management services and is responsible for analyzing the billing effectiveness/cash flow and making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability. Utilizes their knowledge of the client/business, healthcare practice management and medical billing process/procedures to maximize performance relative to client relationship, client satisfaction, desired survey results and client/company financial performance indicators.

Additional Knowledge & Skills


* The individual should have strong skills with respect to spreadsheet applications, information systems, financial and conceptual analysis, and written and oral communications.

* Must have strong negotiation, marketing, and promotional skills.

* Must be familiar with healthcare A/R revenue cycle management and what is required to attain optimal collection performance standards.

* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Must have at least 5 years of applicable work experience in professional / healthcare environment.
