About the Job
Position Description:
•Instructing and familiarizing customers in the operation of equipment at the user''s location or TAMS Training Academy.
•Provide clinical advice to improve utilization of the system and ancillary equipment in an effort to improve the customer''s business.
•Advise customers of system upgrades and their impact on increasing customer''s business.
•Interfacing with service and sales organization to assure customer satisfaction including problem solving and resolution of any issues.
•Revisiting sites and providing telephone support on a timely basis to experienced users to check progress and provide solutions for current issues/trends.
•Assisting sales personnel in demonstration of equipment, offering clinical/technical advice to potential customers. Participating in applications and/or sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars.
•Evaluation of imaging department operation, reviewing this information with Sales, Services and Customer, then if requested, recommend improvements in overall utilization of resources in the department.

Qualifications:
•Two year degree in radiology technology or diagnostic/digital imaging or equivalent.
•Certification as A.R.R.T. and as a radiologic technologist in one or more modalities.
•Three years clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center, preferably previous applications experience.
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Previous teaching experience a plus.
