Sr. Commercial Product Risk Manager

Job Description:
Summary:
Manage all regulatory compliance activities for Treasury Management. Ensure that all areas within Treasury Management are in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, have written procedures and are prepared for audit reviews.

Responsibilities:

Develop, document and implement procedures, processes and controls to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert on all issues relating to compliance. Keep management abreast of all compliance issues, current and emerging, and the compliance performance of specific areas within the division.
Partner with areas to remediate compliance or control gaps existing in current processes.
Arrange compliance reviews/audits. Serve as liaison between all product lines within Treasury Management and all areas of Compliance.
Ensure all product lines are prepared for audit reviews with Audit. Serve as liaison between all product lines within Treasury Management and all areas of Audit; operations & IT.
Ensure all product lines adhere to Risk Management and Control polices.

Job Experience:
Basic Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience.
4 years experience in a compliance/audit related position within the banking industry.
