This role will service internal customers. The successful candidate will be providing first-level support to users by researching and answering questions; resolving problems; providing resources throughout all departments of the company.

• Problem Solving, Help Desk Experience, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Training, Verbal Communication, Coaching, Documentation Skills, Network Troubleshooting, Networking Knowledge, Product Knowledge and IT Budget Management.
• System setup and configuration of servers (including installation of operating systems and 3rd party applications)
• Support and maintenance of Microsoft network infrastructure including PC’s, switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls.
• Administration of Microsoft Exchange environment
• Support and maintenance of MAC infrastructure for design/creative teams.
• Administration and maintenance of existing IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Assist in identifying and improving the reliability, security, effectiveness, in the IT environment. Short term and long term vision.
• Contribute to problem resolution by giving hands-on support to resolve IT operational issues.
• Assist existing IT staff in the management and resolution of IT problem tickets.
• Availability 24/7 for IT support.
Job Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of MAC environment
• College or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3 -5 years equivalent work experience.
• This position must possess effective and professional work ethics and habits.
• Responsible for project deliverables: on-time and meeting requirements and quality expectations
• Quality-oriented team member who desires a challenging role with a growing organization
• Strong written and oral communication and relationship skills.

• 2-4 years experience with configuring, administering, and maintaining LAN/WAN solutions within medium to large sized environments (internet connection)
• Strong knowledge of network concepts including TCP/IP and Routing.
• 2-4 years experience with configuring, administering, and maintaining Windows and Unix servers
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills
• Strong Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory Management skills.
• Strong hands-on Exchange 2003 skills. (remote access)
• VoIP Administration
• Well versed in printers, printing functions in creative environment.
