Job Description:

This role will provide Level-2/3 support on hardware and software issues in a Windows XP/Vista, Windows 2000/2003 and MS Office 2007 environment. The selected candidate must be self motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment as well as the ability to work independently with minimal direction. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded, hard working individual looking for a long-term opportunity.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree (very strong plus),experience supporting a large user community (1500 users+) and a minimum of 5 years of IT support. Must have experience building and supporting PCs and laptops in a Windows XP/VISTA, Windows 2000/2003 and MS Office 2007 environment. Outlook and Blackberry device support is also required. This role requires Video Conferencing support so previous experience in that capacity is a strong plus. Completed certifications are a very strong plus (Certification numbers must be submitted with resume). This is a very busy, fast-paced environment and the role requires overtime as needed. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to present him/herself with the utmost professionalism.
