Sr Digital Designer with Mixed Signal IC experience

We are seeking a Sr Digital Designer with Mixed Signal IC experience, for our Austin, TX based client
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Chip architecture, algorithm development, RTL architecture and implementation, RTL synthesis, physical generation & validation; IC bring up and characterization
- Work closely with Analog-Mixed Signal designers, systems engineers, apps engs and Product engineers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS or better in EE
- 5+ years of RTL (Verilog or VHDL) design, simulation and verification of Ics
- Good transistor-level knowledge
- 2+ years having worked specifically on Mixed-Signal ICs
- Strong filter design experience
- MUST have solid understanding/experience with DSP, Discrete Time Signal Processing concepts (FIR, IIR)
- Knowledge of entire ASIC design methodology flow including: Synthesis,
Timing Closure, ATPG, Place & Route
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
DESIRABLE/ASSETS:
- Prior experience working as a project lead
- Digital control loop analysis experience
- Knowledge of transistor fundamentals
- Experience designing digital control systems for power systems
- Basic understanding of CMOS ASIC fundamentals
- Experience with ATPG tools and production test vector generation
- Experience with mixed-mode simulation (Cadence AMS or Mentor ADMS)
