Sr. Director Analytics
Our client is one of the largest independent Search Engine Marketing Agencies in the U.S. They provide their Fortune 100 client base with robust solutions for paid search, organic search, social media and display marketing.
The Sr. Director of Analytics will be responsible for all aspects of reporting and analytics offerings. You will manage and grow the existing analytics team. You will be responsible for the needs of the agency’s client base in the areas of media analytics, with a strong focus around attribution modeling and SEM/SEO integration to develop ongoing search related performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
Develop an analytics and reporting team to support SEO/SEM accounts
Provide sales team with actionable insights to help customers achieve online business goals
Increase efficiency and effectiveness of account management teams with respect to analysis, reporting and optimization
Recognize trends in consumer behavior and proactively inform teams and clients
Maintain relationship with internal and external data providers and provide feedback on tool, data, and reporting improvements
Provide thought leadership in leveraging analytics and research to improve customer solutions and grow revenue
Consult with account teams to support customer strategy
Experience:
Minimum 4 year college degree within a quantitative area
5+ years of experience working with digital media in a quantitative capacity
3+ years proven ability to understand client and client service goals
Experience designing and implementing reports and/or models to deliver insights
Ability to partner with sales and service teams in a professional manner as an expert
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Expert project management skills
Expert in paid search marketing and display analytics
Strong analytical software skills
