Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Sr. District Manager is to partner with our Broker organization in the areas of staffing, training, and providing direction for Broker Supervisors and Broker Retail Sales. The Sr. DM must effectively route RSR territories to meet call frequency and in-store objective needs. This position is accountable for providing hands-on, field-based direction to CROSSMARK Supervisor surrounding the complete knowledge of Dannon products and merchandising guidelines.
Key deliverables of the role are as follows:
1- Ensure In-Store Conditions for Southwest Territory meets Dannon Established Standards in the areas of shelf, assortment, pricing and merchandising and business needs for assigned stores. Ensure delivery of customers KPI and scorecard objectives.
2- Achieving business results. Regularly assess needs of Southwest District and develop and execute business (action) plan to meet or exceed assigned goals surrounding 1) Sales, 2) Market / Brand Share, 3) ACV distribution levels. This activity could also include coordinating customized Retail Coverage around Mega Event Activity.
3- Increased operations penetration of Retail Customers – Initial Focus on Kroger & Walmart. Work w/ CBM’s and Sales Director’s to develop and execute business strategies across key operational buyers (approx 25).
4- Manage Kroger Texas headquarter call by collaborating with Dannon Kroger HQ team to insure merchandising and pricing priorities are achieved at the local level.
5- Manage one direct report.
6- Continually design, develop, and execute Best Practices for use by Retail Team.

Qualifications
Education
4 Years Sup Studies -- Bachelor of Business Administration or related field

Work Experience
Approx. 5+ years related Sales experience

Other
Previous experience managing Broker representatives
-- Willing to travel regularly (approx. 4 days/week in the field)
-- Excel and Powerpoint skills
-- Presentation skills
-- Plan-o-gram development experience.
-- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
