The Sr. E-Commerce Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with company's senior management to define the E-Commerce platform product strategy and associated plans as well as evangelize on behalf of company and its products both internally and externally.
The individual must have extensive experience with E-Commerce and Order Management. He/She should be able to conduct research and market analysis within the E-Commerce and Order Management space and understand the capabilities and functionalities necessary to ensure company's solutions remain relevant, comprehensive and innovative in terms of competitive advantages offered.
The individual will develop and coordinate product enhancements and launch plans with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, account management and customer support. He/She will provide technical insights about company's software and related solutions throughout the sales process by functioning as the technical subject matter expert during client interactions including providing input on sales calls and product demos. Once a client is engaged, the individual will work closely with the project manager to complete client business requirements definitions and architect company's solutions to address client requirements.
