Position Description:
The Senior EAP Consultant supports the day to day service delivery in an effort to assure excellent quality care for all cases associated with a large national EAP customer. Provides clinical consultation and case coordination to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians and EAP Affiliates. This includes being available for case consultation, completing clinical reviews with staff/affiliates at the point of assessment and case closure, onsite counselor case collaboration and developing and delivering training via web environment.
Education: • Graduate Degree in Social Work or Psychology. • Must possess clinical license at the independent level.
Requirements: • 2-3 years experience in the mental health field along with 2 years of EAP experience.
