Description:
Perform design and development associated with packaging electronics and mechanical structures. Position requires broad mechanical knowledge in such areas as requirements definition, production support, and environmental testing support. Capable of supporting fabrication and mock-ups, understanding maintenance philosophies and design for manufacturing techniques are required.

Specific responsibilities include:

-Support multi-functional teams from the conceptual design stage through qualification testing and production of electronic cabinets.
-Design and document interconnection systems.
-Contribute to product planning, execution, measurement and reporting.
