This position is located in our VA, Fairfax facility



Provide Services-related Quality Assurance expertise and continual improvement support to Headquarters Best Practices Group and Line organizations. Maintain processes and recommend process improvements ensuring continual compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards and models, legal/regulatory and internal requirements. Maintain CI database that includes Corrective and Preventive Actions. Conduct ISO 9001 audits and support CMMI appraisal teams. Review Internal Audit Reports. Develop training materials and teach instructor-led internal auditor class. Develop and maintain quality-related content in SharePoint and TeamWorks (Intranet site). Develop and present audience appropriate reports and presentations. Maintain a positive customer service attitude and facilitate process standardization of implemented models and standards across organization.

Requires BS/BA degree. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 required. Knowledge of CMMI, ITIL, EVMS, LSS, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 strongly desired. PMP certification preferred. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with JIVE (wiki application) and Business Process Management (BPM) software helpful.

Requires 5-8 years experience in providing ISO 9001 and QA expertise across diversified services business for DoD contractor providing software and systems engineering, IT services, and fabrication activities. Solid organizational and communication skills required.

Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and support multiple simultaneous efforts. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with hands-on style with ability to work independently and as part of Team.
