Responsibilities
Management of monthly review of HLS financial results - this will include the review of all financial reporting in relation to month end, coordination of meetings with finance team to discuss research items, evaluation of all month end accruals and responsibility for posting to Corporate Accounting. Development of all summary financial commentary for distribution to senior management.
Management of monthly Financial Reporting Package for Home Lending Solutions. This responsibility will require coordination of preparation and validation of all team member financial reporting slides for monthly presentation. Validation of data for accuracy, completeness, and overall presentation. Driving completion of overall reporting to target dates.
Management of all capital projects for Home Lending Solutions. This responsibility would include: the monthly monitoring of capital budget, project process which includes all communication around opening, closing, invoicing and reporting updates on a monthly basis. Communication of all project needs with key approvers and ongoing monitoring with project managers for updated estimates and projections of project costs.
Coordination and completion of annual external auditor review of FAS91. This will include all communication with Corporate Accounting and external audit. Development of annual review schedules for FAS analysis of all Consumer Finance products.
Participation in various departmental projects to include operational efficiences through further automation, product specific analysis, as well as business line requests for data, analysis, research and support.
This role will work closely with the Home Lending Solutions Finance Director and will require superior communication skills.
Qualifications
Finance or Accounting degree required
10 years of financial management experience including forecasting, budgeting and monthly financial reporting
Detailed understanding of consumer banking products and services
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail critical to success in position
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
