Fluke Networks is looking for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst to work in a fast-paced, high-tech development environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to the finance management team in the areas of finance and accounting, ensuring that related corporate standards and procedures are followed. •Analyze trends and anticipate business group operating performance; make recommendations to management to solve unfavorable trends and close gaps to targets. •Evaluate business group performance and provide insight as to the impact of the financial situation on the future performance of the group and Fluke as a company. •Anticipate and alert management to trends and significant events. •Participate in annual budget planning process including leading reviews, communicating with leadership and preparing presentations. •Ensure that corporate budget objectives and guidelines are understood by responsible managers and completed on a timely basis. •Provide timely and thorough monthly financial forecasts highlighting key issues influencing performance to division, group, and corporate goals. •Serve as a key member representing Finance on multi-functional process improvement teams. •Prepare special management summary reports. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, plus 5 years of directly related accounting/finance experience. •MBA, CMA, CPA or Masters degree in Accounting a plus. •Advance proficiency in Excel. •Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise, Planning or Essbase a plus.
