Job Description

Territory Gross Profit Analysis & Other monthly financial reporting to Division

Provide analysis and support for sales & budgeting processes as directed by DFM

Provide monthly and ad hoc divisional financial analysis to DFM

Provide analysis & financial guidance to Division Marketing Managers

Monthly Depletion Reporting

SG&A budget management

Monthly DA accruals

Assist in annual budget and planning process

Divisional review & reconciliation of DA & 7717 (discounting) in coordination with Sales Operations Managers

 

Reporting Relationships

Reports to: DFM

Partners with: State Managers, State Operations Managers, Division Marketing Managers, Commercial Analysts, Financial Analysts, and local teams

Must have requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with 3-5 plus years related work experience; or five to seven years equivalent education/related work experience.

·         Demonstrated ability to independently prepare financial analysis with accuracy and within an established time frame.

·         Ability to communicate complex issues in concise, clear manner.

·         Ability to independently plan and prioritize multiple diverse work projects within the department.

·         Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts.

·         Demonstrated ability and knowledge of various software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BW and SAP.

·         Personal honesty and integrity.

·         Hard worker with ability to work flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
