The Sr. Financial Analyst works closely with BPI staff to assist in fulfilling strategic objectives for the organization with an emphasis on financial modeling. This individual is responsible for preparing and presenting regular and ad-hoc financial reporting, in addition to gathering and analyzing data to assist with making best in class business decisions for the achievement of company goals. The Sr. Financial Analyst will own the financial modeling and support cross functional initiatives that impact all facets of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with BPI staff to assist in all financial modeling and long range planning.

Participates in monitoring the performance of the business against budget and other objectives to determine impacts to future performance. 

Assists in determining, collecting, analyzing and reporting appropriate business metrics to support good business decisions and achievement of goals.

Provides insight into business activities in the accounting close process to ensure accurate results are reflected in the historical financial statements. 

Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Strong experience with financial modeling and budget analysis.

Advanced MS Excel skills to include financial formulas.

Strong analytical and business process skills.

Proven organization, detail-orientation skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with leaders at all levels of the business.

Hyperion experience is a plus.
