Sr Help Desk Technician - TS/SCI

This position is located in our AZ, Ft Huachuca facility



Performs network and system installation and operation functions, software integration and site surveys. Performs hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance (Preventive and Remedial) functions on all ICE2 inventory systems and equipment (laptop/desktop computers, printers, plotters and other peripherals). Manages user, group and computer accounts using Active Directory Management software. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, handling and responding to customer service trouble tickets/requests. This includes troubleshooting network connectivity problems on printers, and laptop/desktop personal computers used to instruct or support instruction of Military Intelligence personnel. Performs hardware and software troubleshooting of printers, and laptop/desktop personal computers. Isolates faults to defective hardware or software. Repairs hardware faults by removing and replacing defective components, cards, or cables. Performs preventive maintenance on printers, and laptop/desktop personal computers.

Requires High School diploma or equivalent.

Requires 4 years experience.

Must have an industry approved certification. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
