Ideal person will be a solid, strategic HR partner to bring division to next level. Solid HR staff at both locations with very low turnover in plant. One is Non Union and other is small Union. 1,000+ employees combined.

$200mm division of major global Corporation with 2 HRM reporting (1 off-site) to this person and 2 sites!  Our client is a global 15k + employee operation, NON Automotive, double digit compound growth corporation.


Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Leader to be based outside Cleburne, Texas.

This is a confidential, retained search.

Salary is $90k min to 107k real base + bonus of 13k guaranteed 1st year (After 1st year can go up to $29k)

This person will interface with all aspects of the business unit they are assigned to, its customers and especially its associates to bring HR strategies into alignment with organization goals and enable the organization to succeed.

The main focus of this position will be to develop strategic partnerships with local operating management and associates to promote operating efficiencies and change initiatives. A partner to the businesses as well as with other HR professionals in other business units and Shared Services, this position is a liaison with the business unit to embed common company HR values and business practices.

As a recognized key partner you are accountable for driving business objectives through human resources practices. While relationship building is critical you will be challenged with employee relations, coaching, training, and succession planning with a developing team of high performing leaders. You will partner with other HR Centers of Excellence professionals who can offer expertise in the areas of compensation/benefits, staffing, legal, and organizational development.

Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 or more years multi-functional Human Resources Experience.

A high energy HR professional with experience in a manufacturing environment is essential; post graduate education or professional certification is desirable. Experience in supporting and driving lean manufacturing initiatives is also a plus. Only those applicants considered for an interview will be contacted directly.

Will have 2 HRM and 4 HR staff reporting to this person.  Would like someone motivated to put in 3-4 years and make the move into Director role at Global HQ in the North Central US.
