Job Description

Sr. Human Resources Specialist

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7-10 years Human Resources experience consisting of at least 3-5 years of experience with a primary emphasis in Compensation analysis, Performance Management and HRIS and 5 years experience as a senior level HR Generalist. Extensive experience using HRIS and Compensation software and reporting systems required. Experience developing sales incentive plans a plus. Must be proficient in all MS Office Applications. Expert knowledge of MS Excel preferred (pivot tables, functions, etc.) Primary responsibilities will include analyzing salary survey data as well as developing compensation plans and sales incentive programs, maintaining job descriptions and assisting with determining proper FLSA classification for all jobs. Creating and maintaining compensation reports for annual merit and discretionary bonus programs. Administering the Performance Management Process (PMP). Monitoring completion of performance reviews for accuracy and legal compliance. Maintaining components of HRIS system and performing required testing related to compensation and PMP. Creating material for and providing relevant training and technical assistance to associates on the PMP module. Generating relevant reports and participating in Kaizen meetings as applicable. Experience in Oracle HR Information Systems a plus. Duties will also include assisting HR Manager in the development of strategies to attract and retain high performers, managing work force planning and manpower resource allocations including developing a succession plan. Assist associates with general questions and completing other tasks as assigned.
