I am currently working with a top performing company here in the Twin Cities, and their VP of Audit has asked for my help. 

My client is looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience, preferably someone who started in Big 4 Public accounting (CPA) and has moved into Private industry where they have been performing a mix of finance, accounting, and operational duties.  This person will be a Sr. within the Internal Audit group but will not be performing the traditional "sox" functions, although they must have a solid understanding of Audit.

My client is requiring good communication skills, a professional attitude and presence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, international company.
