We are currently recruiting for the following position to be located at our corporate headquarters in Belcamp, Maryland.

Sr. Internal Auditor

Summary:

Under general direction assists Internal Audit Manager in planning and conducting complex reviews of the financial status and operating procedures of the organization. Prepares reports on findings and recommends improvements in policies, procedures, and internal controls including global SoX 404 compliance projects.

Qualification Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors in Accounting

Experience:

• 4+ years experience in public accounting or internal auditing

• Knowledge and experience in application of control theory
• Prior experience in SoX 404 implementation in a Public, mid-sized company. (Preferably High Tech).

• IT Audit experience a plus

• Strong project management skills

• Strong influencing and collaboration skills

• Highly analytical and highly organized

• High degree of initiative

• High quality verbal and written communication skills to deliver actionable guidance and feedback to our clients on control issues and potential solutions to close control gaps.

Licensures, Certifications:

Advanced credentials preferred (e.g. CPA, CIA) 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited, to, the following:

Managing a 404 project globally in the company which entails planning and conducting reviews of the financial status and operating procedures of the organization.

Prepares and submits reports on results of audits, with reports including recommended improvements in policies and procedures

Other duties or projects as assigned
