Current Need

Required Skills / Experience

- Exceptional hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills

- Must have experience in full development life cycle, code reviews,

strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to

succeed

-Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment

-Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment

- 6+ years hands on experience performing enterprise level software

development

- 5+ years experience in J2EE application development

- Strong experience and skills creating design documents and object

oriented programming.

- 2+ years experience interfacing with external systems through

messaging mechanisms such as JMS or Web Services

2+ years Oracle experience (PL/SQL)

- Experience using the JUnit testing framework and ability to produce

adequate test coverage for all code written

- Experience using Hibernate, Spring technologies and JBOS

- Experience using HTML, JavaScript, XML

- Experience designing and building applications using a service

oriented architecture

- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture products

such as ActiveMQ



Preferred Skills / Experience



- Experience with the development of applications for mobile devices

- Experience with projects using Scrum or Agile methodologies with

continuous integration, iterative development and cross-functional

teams

- Experience in a commercial software development environment

- Experience in the development of applications for the health care industry

Additional Knowledge & Skills

-Does not require day to day supervision, and has ability to handle

most unique situations

-Experience with Linux

Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in software engineering

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
