BAE Systems is currently seeking a Sr. Labor Administrator for our Huntsville, AL operation.

- Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DOL, IRS Regulations and Company Policies


- Ensure & Execute Strong Internal Controls


- Identify & Implement Process Improvements


- Execute Internal Audits


- Support External Audits


Successful candidate will be able to:

- Communicate & Educate Employees on Company Timekeeping Policy

.

- Show strong Adherence to Deadlines.

- Review & Process Weekly Labor Transactions for multiple companies.
 
- Process Weekly & Bi-weekly Payrolls.

- Confirm Payrolls within a 24 hour period.

- Reconcile Accounts & 941 Activity.

- Foster a Productive Working Relationship with other Functions (Compliance, Accounting, Program Finance, Technical Operations & Shared Payroll Services).

- Respond Timely to Customer Needs & Inquiries.

REQUIRED:

- Accredited BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.


- Strong Understanding of FAR and DOL Regulations.

- Costpoint Labor/Payroll Experience Required.

- 2-3 years experience of working knowledge of SCA/Union contract labor processing a plus.


- Proficient in Excel.

- Strong Analytical Skills.
 
- Customer Focused.

- Team work Oriented.

- Ability to pass background investigation.
