A qualified candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to analyze, design, implement and support web-related applications. This position supports our company's e-commerce related applications and team members including our web graphic designers and content writers. You must be multi-skilled and have an established ability to develop, maintain and enhance B2C eCommerce websites. Our environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The ideal candidate would need to be able to manage simultaneous projects that have defined completion dates.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and testing all front, middle and back-end code functionality for multiple e-commerce web sites.
• Collaborating with management to develop technical solutions from business requirements for new applications and systems.
• Ability to maintain and improve existing web applications using the latest .NET technologies.
• Updating job knowledge by researching new internet/application technologies and software products

• Minimum 6+ years solid, demonstrated experience in web development.
• Experience with B2C E-commerce sites and application systems.
• Proficiency in both C# and VB.NET is a must

• Understanding of 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 Frameworks

• Experience with WebServices, WCF and APIs
• Proficiency with Visual Studio.NET 2005 / 2008

• Proficiency with SQL Server 2005
• Experience with HTML (W3C standards) and JavaScript
• Experience in designing and using Web Services and APIs
• Online payment / shopping cart experience
• Experience with object oriented coding
• Innovator capable of taking a concept or idea and bringing it to life start to finish
