Essential Position Responsibilities & Minimum
Qualifications:

·        
Min. 4 Years current experience in processing purchase
& refinance Conv/FHA/VA mtg loans

·        
Handle loan from prequalification to closing 

·        
Proficient working knowledge of DU/DO/LP

·        
Ability to handle a pipeline of 40+ loans

·        
Ability to fund 20 loans per month

·        
Maintain company pull through rate of 95%

·        
Working knowledge of Encompass loan origination/processing/tracking
software

·        
Knowledge of loan compliance and ability follow
all compliance laws/rules

·        
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, basic PC
skills

·        
Excellent oral & written communication
skills

·        
Excellent communication skills

·        
Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines

·        
Energetic, team player with strong interpersonnel
skills

·        
Must maintain our excellent relationships with
our lenders and 3^rd party providers

Terms:

·        
Commission base with the ability to make up to
15,000/month

·        
Medical insurance available with partial company
contribution

·        
Monday – Friday, Standard business hours

·        
Must have excellent professional references
