Quantitative & Qualitative Research:
Able to coordinate internal and external departments to define research needs. Able to apply research techniques to design basic survey methodologies and field materials including basic screeners and questionnaires and basic recruiting and tabulation specifications. Able to create sample specifications, generate basic research samples using our databases, and review samples for accuracy and quality. Able to oversee data collection to ensure understanding of and adherence to project requirements, productivity and timing, and quality, consistency, and accuracy of data. Able to conduct one-on-one interviews (if appropriate) with customers and prospects. Able to tabulate code and analyze research results and interpret findings. Developing ability to provide high-level, concise communication of research findings through writing and presentations.




Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years minimum Market Research experience in field or project management. Mastery of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Enjoys writing and has excellent professional writing skills / Passing score on business writing assessment / proficiency test (TBD). Understands and is comfortable with data. Understands and is comfortable with specific market research computer technology such as WinCATI, Survey System, etc. Applies skills previously learned to new projects.
