This position will be based in our Bentonville, AR office in working with our Walmart team there.
This professional will manage Walmart customer marketing initiatives with both internal and external customers.
They must effectively manage Walmart budget while optimizing funds to drive trial & awareness and sales volume for all Wells brands.
Works closely with internal cross-functional teams to represent the marketing needs of the Walmart customer team and collaborate on development of marketing plans and insight-generating initiatives.
Serves as link between brand marketing teams and customer team to ensure brand and product strategies are effectively implemented at Walmart.
Proactively develops important partnerships with Walmart marketing, insight and sales contacts to strengthen relationships and collaborate on key business initiatives.
Assists Director and Walmart team lead in understanding strategic marketing issues and proactively recommends plans to support both the annual and long-term Walmart customer plan.
Leads creation of Walmart shopper marketing research strategy, execution and insight implementation, including communication and collaboration with Walmart directly to optimize use of key insights.
Develops annual Walmart customer marketing plan recommendations, gains alignment with Director and team lead, leads all program execution and provides thorough post-program analysis designed for continuous improvement.
