Gausman & Moore is seeking a senior level licensed professional engineer to work in our Duluth, MN office.  The ideal candidate would have experience with mechanical HVAC and plumbing design for commercial, educational, health care or institutional building projects.  Candidate should have experience providing coordination with multi-disciplinary consultants, clients, and facility managers; and experience as a project manager, including directing efforts of mechanical design teams.  Further, candidate should have substantial CAD engineering design skills.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and personable, with good communication and people skills.  Preferable experience in mechanical engineering design of fifteen years.  Duties include marketing, and other tasks as required by client or specific project.  Duluth is a wonderful location to work and live.  Gausman and Moore offers a competitive salary and employment benefits.
