NOC Technical Administrator. This position will be responsible for
Supporting the Network associated to Outage and Change Management

Job Description:
- Collect, create, maintain, and distribute network outage documentation
| 10% |
- Coordinate with internal/external parties as needed
| 10% |
- Establish/manage conference calls required to identify Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
| 5% |
- Interface with Management to schedule RCA identified changes
| 5% |
- Establish/manage outage coordination reporting requirements
| 5% |
- Establish/Maintain network change management standards/documentation
| 10% |
- Manage/Schedule change management activity utilizing the NeTkt Change Management Tool and the Network Activity Calendar (NAC)
| 30% |
- Coordinate with vendor, service provider, NDC and/or markt personnel on rescheduling of network activity
| 15% |
- Communicate with Network Operations Management all emergency activity
| 5% |
- Establish/manage change management reporting requirements
| 5% |
Challenges AND PROBLEM SOLVING:
Challenges will be obtaining all necessary information related to outages.
Challenges will be coordinating conference calls to discuss outage RCA.
Challenges will be managing all the various network activities eliminating conflicts.
Challenges will be communicating with various parties that accomplish network impacting changes.

INSIDE CONTACTS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: NOC, NDC, Engineering, and market personnel and OUTSIDE CONTACTS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Service Providers, Vendors, and 3rd parties
MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Telecommunications or Equivalent experience.
Three years experience in a telecommunications wireless network.
Working experience in a leadership position and/or project management experience.
Can lead a meeting/conference call as well as capture all important information identified during a meeting/ conference call.
Prefer a minumum of one year experience working in and/or around a NOC environment.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Working experience on MS Word, Excel, Visio, Explorer, Telecommunications Trouble Ticket Systems.
Two years dealing with a telecommunications network environment and the associated outages and maintenance activity that occur.
