Position Description:

Sr. Operations Analyst (B4)

• Develop business forecasts based on company objectives, strategies, trends and issues
• Design and build capacity management models and metrics for operations.
• Analyze operation’s data to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvement, recommend solutions and guide implementation
• Develop subject matter expertise in capacity management relating to assigned business processes, including upstream and downstream implications.
• Utilize Six Sigma, Lean & process improvement techniques to improve cycle times and efficiencies.
• Identify specific issues and challenges related to capacity optimization, take ownership for successful implementation of capacity enhancements.
• Serve as key data delivery manager for operations and business analytics.
• Own, maintain, modify, and create, as necessary, the required data models for on-going reporting and analytics.
• Support the development of business strategies through simulation and modeling


Basic Qualifications:
• Strong Analytical and quantitative skills
• BS or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in operations and demonstrated operations analytics experience
• Mastery of Ms Excel including complex modeling and macro skills
• Strong Communication Skills and experience at all levels of the work force and management
