POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees administrative and clerical functions at assigned dealership. Coordinates work flow and staffing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
• Processes payments and loan documents, answers phones and provides customer service to internal and external customers.
• Hires, orients, evaluates and terminates Office Coordinators.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Evaluates employee efficiency and productivity.
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve effectiveness of staff.
• Maintains harmony among workers.
• Reports activities of the administrative/clerical functions to the General Manager as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have two to three years of general office experience including cashiering.
• Previous supervisory and training experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key.
• Excellent communication.
• Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
