PCC is a newly formed CPA and Consulting firm that traces its heritage from a premier local CPA corporation. The accounting firm opened with the goal of providing a high level of service to a diverse base of quality privately-held businesses, individuals and tax-exempt clients throughout Northern California. 
 


We are in the process of finding a critical hire for one of our Roseville clients. This manufacturing/distribution company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Analyst for their regional payroll department.  This position offers a high level of complexity with report writing, special projects, ADP system troubleshooting and processing biweekly timely payroll for well over 1500 employees.  Having placed the Payroll Manager years ago I know that the department promotes an opportunity for growth and a dynamic interplay of challenge and team work. This position will also have the opportunity for growth based on the size of the company and their prosperity in these tough economic times.


The following is a list of ideal experience and a little glimpse of some of the responsibiities of the position.   My client is looking for a degreed Payroll Analyst with at least 5 years of progressive payroll experience, large company payroll (1000+), experience with ADP Enterprise and Reportsmith, data and system maniputaion and report generation.  Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations and record keeping functions.  Familiarity with accounting as it relates to payroll.  The positon reponsibilities include:  Processing biweekly payroll for over 1500 employees, maintenance of employee records, import files in to ADP, audit and reconcile all payroll entries, resolve payroll discrepancies and provide great customer service.
