As a Pega Architect/Solutions Engineer Advisor Sr - Pega Workflow you will be working with Product Owners and senior staff to design and implement scalable and robust platforms and applications within Anthem. You will be a catalyst for innovation by closely collaborating with other Developers, Designers and Product Owners to code and design web and mobile applications.


What we're looking for:

*After 5 years' experience in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander), Designing Pega Application Architecture (ECS) you have finally become a Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

*You have experience working on different Pega Integration Architecture (Services and Connectors-SOAP, REST, Listeners etc.)

*Experience on Pega Rule-based, Intent-Driven Processes with framework (CPM, HCIF, Smart Dispute) knowledge

*Design, implement and operate the different technical components (code, databases, reference data, interfaces, security implementation, framework, testing, etc.).

*Provide thought-leadership across business and technical domains, help and coach others who develop BPM/BRE solutions with Pega.

*You will be a key member of the architecture group and drive the further innovation of our services. This may include leading multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines. May also lead vendor evaluation and analysis.

Qualifications
  • Requires an BA/BS degree in related field (Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering - Computer focused) or technical institute training;
  • 7 or more years related experience (combined Developer/Programmer with experience supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders); multi platform experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Work experience should include 5 years' experience in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander), Designing Pega Application Architecture (ECS) and should have understanding of distributed architecture
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect is required, Version 7 preferred.
  • Work experience should include 5 or more years working as Tech lead and should have 7+ years of overall IT industry experience.
  • Work experience should include 3 or more years working on Pega Systems Workflow and UI development including Pega Data and Business Rules Management
  • Full hands on experience on Pega Work Case Design, Case Management processes
  • Experience on Pega Reporting Architecture and Administration
  • Experience on Pega Security and Authentication Architecture
  • Hands on experience in Pega PRPC/BPM 7x required.
  • Experience working on different Pega Integration Architecture (Services and Connectors-SOAP, REST, Listeners etc.)
  • Experience on Pega Rule-based, Intent-Driven Processes with framework (CPM, HCIF, Smart Dispute) knowledge
  • Full hands on experience from development/architecture background (w.r.t. experience prior to Pega) and understanding of distributed databases
  • Pega Deployment Management and release management, Familiar with dev ops pipeline such as any of the following or competitive equivalents: Bitbucket / Bamboo / Jira / Confluence
  • Familiar with Architectural design patterns and with Integration scenarios such as Message Queues, File transfer integration, web services.
  • Familiar with Interfaces such as REST web services, swagger profiles, JSON payloads.
  • Hands on Test driven development
  • Experience working as part of Agile teams.
