Sr. Performance Engineer/Tester, North Haven, CT., Richmond, VA., or Mason, OH:  Seeking candidates with strong application performance engineering / performance management skills who also have very good communication skills, both verbal and written. This person will be responsible for creating written test plans and reports for technical, project management and management associates so the person needs the ability to communicate to various levels of the organization. Good problem solving and analytical skills are important as well. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting performance tests for a large project to install a new membership application across the WellPoint enterprise. It encompasses mainframe and midrange technologies including DB2, IMS, AIX, Informatica ETL, IBM Websphere Customer Care and MQ Series.  This position will coordinate performance testing for a group of subject matter experts in each of the areas mentioned above so good leadership, decision making and meeting facilitation skills are essential.  The person should have experience with performance testing tools such as Load Runner as well as standard monitoring tools for each platform. Experience with analytical tools such as TeamQuest would be helpful.

Active Directory/Windows Analyst/Admin, Hartford, CT:  US Citizens Only:  Support Active Directory (2000, 2003, 2008) including PKI, SCOM, InTrust, DFS and WINS.
Assist with the processes of troubleshooting, documenting, implementing and maintaining new and existing Active Directory Domains. Work with management to develop new/ refine existing policies and procedures relating to Active Directory, including process modeling and technical writing responsibilities. Support managed infrastructure to provide Active Directory and related services through out the organization.
