EDS Credit Union is seeking such an individual for our call center in North Plano.
About the Job
- Assist members with telephone requests
- Originate loan applications and contact members to relay loan decisions.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide enhanced services to members
- Interpret credit bureau information received in reference to applications.
- Maintain a working knowledge of lending guidelines.
- assure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
- Perform other duties and assist other departments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Equivalent to a high school degree, some college preferred
- One year or more loan origination experience
- Three years in a financial institution and/or call center environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
