We are currently seeking a Sr. Practice Manager for our Medical Group.  This opportunity is available in the Department of Plastic Surgery.  This position is located in Evanston, with easy access to the CTA and METRA.


 


In this role, you will:


 


*Ensure smooth daily operations of the practice, troubleshoot problems and proactively develop recommendations to resolve issues

*Establish and implement policies and procedures for improvements in office operations

*Interview, select, and orient practice staff

*Monitor staff performance and address issues as appropriate

*Develop the annual operating budget for the practice and review monthly accounting reports for accuracy

*Prepare and analyze financial and practice activity reports

*Coordinate and actively participate in marketing of the practice, physician recruitment and new program development and expansion

*Build and maintain relationships with referring physician groups and administrators 


Our ideal candidate will have:


Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of related experience required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of practice management experience is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

Strong analytical and financial management skills are required; previous experience working with budgets is necessary

Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and highly effective interpersonal skills
