Job Description:
ESM/Radar systems engineering analyst to develop EW systems technology concepts, architectures, system level requirements, and interface control for IRAD and CRAD programs. Activities require a complex system trades, analysis, simulations and modeling to derive requirements and performance capabilities. Antenna, receiver and exciter design to include ESM Interferometer and geo-location analysis and design task.
Basic Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
-Experience working with senior customers, systems engineers, technical teams, management, and business partners gaining knowledge and transferring of information and experience
-Electronic Support Measures and Radar performance modeling and development
-Understanding of Systems Engineering integrated product development processes and demonstrated capability of completing and following established engineering process/procedures
-Requirements and Architecture Development
-Perform requirements analysis
-Perform Trade Studies
-Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, concepts and techniques
-Experience with ESM and radar RF, design and development that includes key interfaces connecting radar subsystems, radar components such as antennas, transmitter, receiver/exciter, and Transmit/Receive modules.

An Active DoD Secret security clearance
Required Education (including Major):
-Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
