As a Sr. Program Manager for direct response sales programs with LiveOps, you will play a vital role on our unique and progressive call center operations team. As a Sr. Program Manager, working out of your home office anywhere in the U.S., you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle call center programs. Working very closely with our account management team, your mission will be to gather program requirements, coordinate and manage the agent certification process, contribute to agent scripts, oversee program implementation, analyze results, and make program changes to improve performance. You'll also be responsible for driving results and exceeding client performance expectations for assigned soft offer telephone sales programs. Many of your programs will be competing head-to-head vs. other outsourcers and success will be measured by winning these tests and gaining market share. Key to these responsibilities will be your previous experience managing sales, customer acquisition or soft offer programs in a call center environment. Solid analytical prowess, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment will be critical as these skills will allow you to successfully drive initiatives to the required results. As a senior member of the team, you will also have management responsibilities thus any experience you have managing a team will be useful.
