Sr. Program Manager
Responsibilities: Citizant has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager in our Chantilly, VA headquarters office. We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional customer relationship and project delivery management skills – and one who embraces challenges and opportunities to continuously seek and deliver value for our customers. Individual will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects; and serve in a critical leadership position to enable and develop sustained account growth. This position requires a proven history of successful delivery on large, mission-critical Civilian projects providing program management, project leadership and oversight, performance management for delivery teams including subcontractors, direct collaboration and interaction with multiple customers and continuous support of corporate objectives. Local travel to customer sites will be included. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have:
-PMP certification or willingness to obtain one ASAP
- Account Management experience and proven history of successful account development and growth
-Broad knowledge of the IT industry
- Direct experience in managing multiple task orders and sub-contractors
-Structured, disciplined approach to Project/Program Management with EVMS experience
-Proven track record of successfully managing the performance of large and diverse teams
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, result-oriented and proven ability to collaborate, internally and externally, to help achieve the customer’s mission
- Proven successful experience managing large, multi-customer, multi-task programs; and proven experience growing business under existing contract vehicles
-Excellent time management and organizational skills; responsiveness to project personnel, customers and Citizant executive management
-Excellent oral communications and written skills, including giving formal presentations to different audiences
-Desire to have make an impact and to serve as a role model and leader within an organization
