My customer is a state-of-the-art medical injection molder in central northern CT, specializing in turn-key programs for the medical industry. 

They seek a seasoned senior level Program Account Manager who can plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated project or programs involving direct contact and negotiations with customers from product development, quoting, continuing through to manufacturing, tooling, assembly and robotics automation, ensuring procedures and complete set of documentation are developed and approved to the manufacturing group. 

This professional will provide engineering support to sales for customer assistance and presentations.  Will assist in cost recommendations for part, tooling, automation and assembly on new programs.  Will determine customer requirements and negotiate pricing. Will coordinate and assist in mold design, process and develop flowcharts, gaant charts and other engineering reports. 

Must have a least 10 years experience in injection molding project/program management and should be degreed in plastics and/or mechanical related enineering.  Must be ble to communicate technically in plastics, injection molding, molds, materials, processing and overall plastics technology.  Must have proven track record of excellent record keeping and follow-up skills.  Nothing less will beconsidered.
