·        Develop cost effective electronic concepts that satisfy end user needs

·        Coordinate design/development efforts with outside subcontractor partners

·        Work with product development teams to implement electronic circuits for Li-ion battery management and/or DC motor control, MOSFET technology

DESIRED EXPERIENCE 

·        BSEE required, MSEE a plus

·        5-10 years experience in research/product development; A generalist in Electronics;

·        Experience and knowledge in some of the following areas:  Analog/Digital control circuits, Microprocessor control circuits & programming, Motor controls and feedback systems, Li-ion battery pack electronics, MOSFET technology

·        Experience in developing/leading an electronics development program

·        Ability to coordinate projects with manufacturing and component/subassembly suppliers

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Ability to be a team player or leader

·        Very creative/innovative
