We have an immediate need for a Sr. Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Project Manager
Must Have:
- 8+ years experience in estimating, staffing, managing, controlling, administering, budgeting and executing project efforts
- A substantial track record of successfully delivering programs and/or multiple projects on-time and within budget that provide the agreed upon scope to meet the business goals
- Considerable experience in project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.)
- Substantial experience in issue and risk management
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Considerable expertise in interacting with business unit management
- Significant experience with SDLCs and structured approaches to project management
- Significant experience with MS Project or equivalent
At least one of the following are required (more than one is a plus):
- 2 years experience in Financial Services
- Brokerage knowledge desired
- Experience in Data Warehousing
- Project Management Institutes Project Management Professional (PMP)
