Sr. Project Manager with PMO and Process Improvement Experience

About the Job

This person will be an active participant of the Program Management Office and with process improvement and project management, and will specifically be responsible for:


 


Responsibilities and Qualifications:  




  • Act as the Capital Market Change Review Board Administrator (CRB)


  • Assist in facilitating the change management process and ensure compliance with corporate standards and process

  • Leading various process and quality improvement projects. Working with key stakeholders in the various functional areas to document and identify current processes and issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing processes, tools and artifacts to support project management functions and compliance requirements. Communicating plans via written and oral presentations to senior leadership and individual teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Engineering


  • Familiar with SDLC process, preferably FannieMae’s SDLC/FMCM process


  • Minimum of 2 years of direct project / program management experience with progressively more complex programs


  • Minimum 5 years direct experience with all phases of either product or software development lifecycles preferred.
