Investigates, evaluates and settles moderate to complex first and third party homeowner and commercial property claims.  Conducts outside scene investigations for claims and assesses damage and extent of loss. Contacts with involved parties are made primarily in-person as well as through written and telephone communication.  Provides complete, courteous and timely customer service to aid in the settlement process and maintain customer satisfaction.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to adhere to the regular work schedule.  Additionally, candidate should have a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as Xactimate or a similar estimating platform.

Worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) and 3 - 4 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Includes use of a Company car.  Automobile travel at least 50% of work time. 
Must meet established Company standards regarding personal driving history and current license status to be eligible.
