We are currently seeking a Sr Quality Engineer at our Kettering Operations Center in Kettering, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Delphi quality procedures
• Maintain Delphi divisional procedures
• Develop and manage quality share point site
• Modify quality/manufacturing system development for Newco
• Determine policy changes on global quality management systems such as APQP, CSR, AIAG, REACH, IMDS
• Update procedures to incorporate system changes and communicate to organization
• Monitor and report all customer systems for customer issues and resolutions
• Monitor and report quality performance for Delphi and calculate supplier PPM
• Manage global tracker of all issues and coordinate best practices/lessons learned activities
• Verify compliance to quality standards
• Develop training for Innovation and Cost Improvement Methodologies
• Knowledge of quality tools / manufacturing systems
• Computer skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and plan activities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Preferred:

• Quality engineering experience
• Mathematical/statistical training
• High level of analytical ability
• Strong interpersonal skills

Education:

• Bachelors Degree - Technical degree required.
