This position requires US citizenship or permannet residency. 
 

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Tools and Methods designed to ensure manufacturing of microelectronic products consistent with established standards. Ensure Quality Improvement and Defect Prevention for product and processes.
Maintain Quality Assurance objectives complementary to corporate and facility policies and goals.
Assure product quality meets MIL-STD-750 specifications and internal workmanship standards.
Analyze data and process specifications to determine standards and reliability expectancy for finished product.
Perform trend analysis in the inspection of products and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Provide technical support for QC and Final Inspectors regarding product acceptability.
Investigate customer complaints associated with product quality and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Initiate Corrective and Preventative Action, review proposed plans, ensure timely closure and effective follow up.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead Global 8D problem solving teams.
Lead Material Review Team in the review of nonconforming material to provide disposition and implement improvement activities.
Perform process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and MIL-STD-750 test methods.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BS Materials Science, ME, MfgE, IE, or related Science/Eng discipline.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer desired.
5-8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing organization with semiconductor packaging industry background.
Must have a strong understanding of process concepts, team oriented production environment, Six Sigma problem solving methods and continuous improvement tools.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to build cross-functional teams, manage complex activities.
Statistical and data analysis skills required (DOE, SPC, Cpk).
Experience with certification to AS9100 / ISO9000 preferred; experience with MIL-PRF-19500 preferred.
