We are currently recruiting for the following position to be located at our corporate headquarters in Belcamp, Maryland.
Overall responsibility for the development of quality systems. Assures compliance to ISO 9000 / 2000 by implementing a structured quality assurance program. Works with a high level of autonomy to assure adherence to written quality operating procedures. Designs, installs and evaluates quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques; designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzes production and service limitations and standards; recommends revision of specifications when indicated; formulates or helps formulate quality assurance policies and procedures. May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tool. This position interfaces with all other process owners within the company on quality related issues
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
BS Degree in Quality Assurance, Electrical, Mechanical, Technology or related technical field
Experience:
MUST BE A US CITIZEN; ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
Minimum of 3-5 years Quality Management experience
Established and exhibited understanding of Quality Operating Systems.
Exhibit strong knowledge of ISO procedures/Audits, Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma
Must have completed the CMMI Introduction 1.2 (3) day course.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple issues at one time.
· Strategic thinker with long term vision for quality processes and quality systems development
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
