Our client is a premier financial services company that serves more than 2 million households in 19 states. Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to act as a real leader in our project management team. We need a PM with responsibility for managing major, highly complex project initiatives which have significant financial impact and involves significant internal and/or external resources within assigned groups. Our client is an industry leader that is growing quickly.

Key projects will include product development, integration, technology, conversions, and other special projects as approved. To assist with the implementation of project management methodologies in the Technology department.

Responsibilities:

• Manages internal and external resources to provide business solutions for complex business issues
• Develops and implements detailed project plans with minimal direction from project stakeholders.
• Oversees project life cycle using standard project.
• Develops and presents written project plans
• Initiates the design and implementation of the operational and technical aspects of the project plans
• Develops and supports programming requests to meet project goals after discussion with project stakeholders.
• Establishes milestones as needed for reporting to appropriate management levels and communicates milestones as defined for the project.
• Provides leadership, motivation and establishes a teamwork environment for the project team, and advises, influences, and coaches team members in the development and achievement of project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Full Software Development Life Cycle experience
