PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a seasoned IT recruiter.
Responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates for hourly, salaried non-exempt, exempt, managerial, and/or executive positions.
May also be responsible for hiring contractors and temporary employees.
Work as staffing business partner to senior management and hiring managers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS
Minimum 5+ years solid technical recruiting experience with at least 3 in a corporate setting.
Ability to communitate effectively with all levels of management, hiring managers, applicants.
Experience with multiple resume sourcing databases as well as HRIS systems (Brass Ring preferred, but not required
Data Storage industry knowledge a plus, but not required.
Organizational skills.
Customer Service skill.
Ability to mult-task.
Communication skills.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently.
