The Senior Regional Marketing Specialist is a product focused role which involves the deployment of planned product marketing programs for North America as well as the management and execution of the tradeshows and showroom.

* Responsible for the planning and delivery of product/s for the tradeshows and showroom.
* Assists in regional marketing programs; including product positioning, market releases and game launch plans.
* Assists in managing a product's lifecycle and recommending product direction or action, including product pricing, market research, portfolio management, internal communications, and schedules.
* Competence in presenting new product concepts, development and strategy.
* Active involvement in providing product training materials to support sales and marketing programs i.e. game training presentations.
* Organize events including product launches, roadshows etc.
* Ensure product is ready for release via product checklist.
* Assists the Regional Marketing Manager in strategic decision making for specific jurisdictions.
* Develops marketing concepts and campaigns for specific jurisdictions.
* Works with Sales and Operations planning to provide input for product forecasts and release dates.
* Works with all functional areas of the organization to resolve issues relating to games products.
* Assists in research studies, which may include customer focus groups, surveys, or satisfaction studies.
* Reviews market penetration and recommends strategic plans for the future.
* Tracks marketing/sales promotions as requested.
* Analyze trends and define strategies utilizing game sold database information.
* Assists in the management of the product release process to ensure all needed information is provided to Marketing and the Sales team.
* Provides sales support for specific jurisdictions including: presentations, marketing collateral and product information.
* Required to conduct regional field visits with sales executives to convey corporate strategy to customers, gain competitive intelligence and look for future opportunity.
* Works on special projects when needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or its equivalent.

Experience: Requires three to five years of experience in marketing and/or sales environment.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
